At Blueberry Brook Engineering, we want to give our customers the confidence to work with us, and a positive experience every time. That’s why we believe our policies should be clear and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.

By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.  At some point, saying this became a requirement.  This is why we can't have nice things!

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We'll send a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once an order has been shipped.  Shipping costs will depend on the final destination and speed, but we'll calculate the cost prior to order confirmation.


We do not accept responsibility if a product's tracking status is noted as delivered by the delivery service but the customer claims to have not received the product.  In the unfortunate case where this applies to you, reach out directly to the delivery service for a resolution.

Did your order change?  Need to cancel it?  If you have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail yet, you still have time to change or cancel your order.  Contact us and we'll make it right! 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Given the nature of our products and our small scale, all sales are final.  All products are tested for full functionality prior to leaving our doors.  Please read our Getting Started guides and Best Practices in order to prevent fried boards.  We like to think that our products are inexpensive and awesome enough that you won't regret your purchase.

SERVICE WARRANTY

We stand by our designs and are committed to making this a positive experience for everyone.  If you engaged us to provide a design service, we will work with you to define clear functional requirements, which we will validate through inspection, analysis, testing, and/or demonstration.  We will support the design and incorporate redlines for 60 days after design delivery.  Follow-up work, changes to functional requirements, and continued support is welcomed, but we'll have to charge you so we don't go broke.
